1. About us

This website is run by Adam Iveson, trading as The Monthly Ledger, Email: themonthlyledger@gmail.com

Address: 1 Staley Hall, SK15 3GQ

2. Our products

We sell digital spreadsheet templates for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with PDF setup guides. Products are delivered as digital downloads; no physical item is sent. We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

3. Not financial advice

Our templates are organisational tools for recording and organising your own information. They are not financial, investment, tax, debt or legal advice, and they do not take account of your personal circumstances. Any figures or calculations depend on the information you enter and are estimates only. Please see our Not Financial Advice statement for more detail.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, including any VAT that applies. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Your order and our contract

Our contract with you is formed when we confirm your order by email. Your download links are provided straight after payment.

6. Licence

When you buy a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or own-business use. You may make copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, distribute or publish the files, or pass them off as your own.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Your right to cancel and our approach to faulty files are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Compatibility

Templates are designed for recent versions of Microsoft Excel and for Google Sheets. Some formatting may look different in other spreadsheet apps.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information you enter into a template. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
